Before decade, we’ve seen, an ever – increasing level/ level of disinformation, that scarcely serves the best interests, demands, and relevant issues of our society!
As there are many sources of so – called, news, to this effect, our society gets a lot more vulnerable, such as cable tv, online websites, along with other sources that are questionable, like Social Media, along with websites! In attempting to affect our elections, and view, most of us have seen the attempts of Russia, by way of instance, and it takes, effort and considerable time, to distinguish between bogus facts and news!
Internet and Social Media: In decades ago, when we desired info, etc, we consulted with newspapers, encyclopedias, textbooks, etc.. These days, however, our principal source of obtaining information/ information, is summed up, by the saying, Google it!
Politically moved/ slanted “news” media: Fox News used to utilize the motto, Fair and Balanced, however, to their credit, have abandoned this strategy/ message. Read 3 papers each morning,
Political campaigns, such as PAC’s: The simple fact, you will find official campaign advertisements, in addition to those made by Political Action Committees (PAC’s), frequently, generates, political campaigning, dependent on rhetoric and empty promises, in addition to lies and Fake Facts. Due to this, our public officials, frequently achieve modest, of result, because, they appear to highlight politics and political celebration, over the best interests of taxpayers, etc..
The plan of Donald Trump, respectively: The election of Donald Trump, seems, to have shifted politics, and also the governmental talks, forever! His lack of reliance on the truth, or even caring about resources and/ or fact, in addition to calling any contrary reports and/ or reporting, Fake Facts, has had a substantial effect (maybe not for the greater), about the federal conversation!
We see reliance today but have to recognize the danger it generates! Are you ready to use a frequent common sense strategy, and make the attempt, to detect the facts, if it agrees or disagrees with any pre – conceived ideas, etc?
